一、Use:
The equipment use 100% new or renewable polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE) materials to produce a wide range of specifications of flat thread, tear film, and fitted with flat looms machine, hitting plastic hall machines. The flat threads made by the equipment can be made into plastic woven sack (plastic knitted package, plastic braided bag). 二、Characteristics:
1、The screw and cylinder are nitrogenization treated and precise processed. So it is hard, wearable and anti-cauterization.
2、The whole set adopts perch brake driving. So the rewinding is very smooth..
3、The electric part adopts brake driving. So it can help to save power 30%.
4、The noise is low, no dust, environmental and power saving.
5、This machine is composed of five parts such as plastic extruder, air-cooling system, film- blowing traction rack, drawing machine and winding machine. The hopper and screw of extruder are processed with high frequency nitrogen treatment, filming head is made of 45# medium carbon steel and forge-treated, and automatic air-refilling compensating device is also equipped.
